Shipping

Local orders will be packed and shipped within 2-4 business days. You can choose delivery to the house at a cost of 37 NIS or delivery to distribution cells near your place of residence at a cost of 19.9 NIS. After delivery of the shipment you will receive a message with the shipment details. If you have ordered delivery to distribution booths, the delivery details will include the location of the service point and a personal code that must be entered on the electronic locker screen, or you can go to the nearby store and give it to the seller.

As part of our approach and our desire to keep the ball, products in the MERCH category are printed to order, so if you order Products from this category combined with our wood products, the shipping price will be a bit more expensive (Addition of 22 NIS to be exact, a total of 59 NIS). In addition, Items from this category come in a separate shipment Through Israel Post.

The shipping cost of products from the MERCH category only, without additional wooden products is 39 NIS.

International taxes and customs

All international orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days upon confirmation of payment. We ship worldwide via Ecopost / EMS airmail with tracking number. Please note that there are often additional charges, taxes and fees in order to receive your package in your country. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges or delays arising from customs. To avoid delays, please refer to the local import, commission and tax regulations in your country.

There may be delays in shipments worldwide due to the lack of flights caused by Covid19 

 

Exchanges and returns

If you encounter any problems with an item you purchased, please contact us via email - Tomski.Design@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We will receive returns / exchanges within 10 business days from the moment you receive your package and after the return confirmation. You must return the item in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was received, by registered and insured mail. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during return shipping, we will not be able to refund your money. Once we receive the item (s) back, you will be credited with the purchase price.
